Worst salary and appraisal process. HR not responding after on boarding. Work life balance of ok but depends on team manager and department. Silly reasons by management for not giving appraisal. No mater how you work , no appreciation by management, only appreciation will be given by manager's favour person.

L&T secures the future of its employees along with their work experience (training). She gives everything that a government employee might not get There is no such thing as loss

...third party staff.Third party staff don't get convenience like permanent staff .only get salary 8 hours instead working 12hours.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are cooperative and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling out. Company policies are not good, valuations are not fair and they do not give good salary increase and bonus every year. They misbehave with the employees of North Indian.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is slow. But new employees are not trained.

...h hundreds to two hundreds engineers. And day by day talk about project related. Regarding salary we get every end of the month. Working environments are good approx 13 to 15 hrs daily. Accommodation facilities excellent overall very good. Alam

Salary and other benefits for the direct payrole staffs are good, skill development is also good

3rd party staffs salary and other facility are very poor, behaviour of the permanent staffs towards the 3rd part staffs is worst
