Management made good system for work life balance. But your manager will see like u did crime if you ask for a leave... So many hidden things in salary... U have roam arround and beg your accountant to get your house rent.... You won't get placement if u prefer a location even though there is requirement...

Prompt disbursement of Salary to the employee though it is less than the market.

...l struggling and cost saving to the company people are not considering properly. Providing of appraisal paper mentioning Peformance needs improvement after 35+ years of working experience on the same company and saved a cost to the company more than the individual salary not to be given such comments instead stop issuing the letter and verbally tell them.

Nothing… just give company with jokers.. even JGM and GM like designated person don’t care about company benefits.. only personal agenda to get money from vendors

... biggest mistake in my professional career. Suggest Do not join L&T in contract. You may abused by so called permanent pay roll staff . They claim them self as custodian of company but actually they are the burden for organisations.. They know it well if they out of company then they will be at roadside as they don’t have any quality to add value for any company.
