Appraisal system need to reevaluate & must be Fair enough to all staff with equality for effective implementation with realistic facts and figure for good deserving hardworking dedicated candidate of company. Existing appraisal system not good for deserving candidate in company. Work life balance is not up to the mark also. The favoritism for candidate who saving skin of PM/CPM in front of HQ team need to remove with fake PPT of all unrealistic data declaration during PRM review. All department must be treat with equal eye for the justification. Lot of hardworking deserving candidate leaving the job due to demoralization.

12to13hrs work, wo extra hrs pay, salary hike also max1% if you are not having promotion, which happens once in 3to5 yrs. Appraisal also will be given how good connection you have with Boss, ork performance is secondary. MYZONE is the greatest eyewash in the name of performance review.

Colleague & senior was friendly. Salary on time. There was no tension regarding accomodation & travelling as I was project engineer.

As a project engineer Long working hours (12-14hr). Frequent job rotation between night & day shift. A lot of area to be managed by one. Unprofessional work culture

PLR not good for site team. Promotion also not good if you are working as a site engineer, since, promotion is depend on PLR points.
