LTO having good Safety and Quality culture for enhancing operatives morale. Operatives are very happy to getting their salary in time each months.

Site managements are not more cautious about workmen. Poor administration system i.e. transportation.

This company gives us a lot of benefits except Monthly Salary. Every Years it goes us 20% Bonus and when completion of project it gives us service benefit.

This company gave full and final When the completion of Project of all Departmental workmen . This Company is not transfer the third party departmental workmen in its other projects in own basis.

It is good company for all staff in covid time he pay full salary good team work management always support if you need, Company policy is very good.

I am working in L&T approx 5 Year only one dislike i am working as safety supervisor in FTC role but company not Promote to me as a regular staff so that why i am resign my job for better opportunity.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.. salary is decent but career growth is slow..
