...no time for family. No scope to learn. Growth in this company is very very slow. Here, the employee gets salary to tolerate the misbehave and dirty politics of other colleagues and their seniors.

12to13hrs work, wo extra hrs pay, salary hike also max1% if you are not having promotion, which happens once in 3to5 yrs. Appraisal also will be given how good connection you have with Boss, ork performance is secondary. MYZONE is the greatest eyewash in the name of performance review.
