Poor appraisal and promotion processes. The HR team shows little concern for employees' contributions, and the management's approach to salary increments is ineffective.

Salary will be on time, and other benefits like insurance basic allowance are good.

Dislikes

All depends on the project, working hours are too bad.. minimum 12 hours you have to work and if you are in third party then it will be your worst case, as for third party payment terms are very bad, salary time is not fixed sometimes you will receive it on 3rd or 4th and sometimes 10 or 12th. No allowance in third party pay role

Wipro is very good organisation since its invirment is good they. Donot force is work on weekends neither out the shift it has fixed off and shift

Very less pay scale for fresher compared to other organization's

every year there is an appraisal form for increment and bonus those who work efficiently and sincerely in the job. Career is a long term career growth. Work environment also good and team work is also good

Dislikes

Dislike about the management who should take care of the staff those who work hard and accordingly the staff should get benefit. Lot of politics is there which the staff could not be able to come up in the above grade level. Accomodation should be good with free bed bugs.

Likes

A place where everyone should work for 3-5 years minimum. The experience of this 3-5 years will never let you down in other organizations. Every kind of experience can be achieved during this time.

Dislikes

Lower pay scales, work pressure, high expectations, poor chances of growth, poor appreciation system, highly system driven etc.
