Working culture on L&T is too Good. And salary will be credited on time. Company will provide House rent for married employees, and bachelor accommodation for unmarried Employees.

12to13hrs work, wo extra hrs pay, salary hike also max1% if you are not having promotion, which happens once in 3to5 yrs. Appraisal also will be given how good connection you have with Boss, ork performance is secondary. MYZONE is the greatest eyewash in the name of performance review.
