When I was join at Larsen &tourbo Ltd ,I did not know what's rule about work and I don't have work experience but during training period I learned about how did u make work combined safety and quality of work

Salary is good but not enough for hard work for much time gave to duty period

This above company running only for bengalis and odissa state people. Not for tamilians... So i hate this cuck couple l&T culture.

...e in their own employees. This is sharing with regional and project team leads.for salary and hike benefits.

Gives opportunity to each staff to prove themselves. Takes chances by giving them responsibilities. Good mediclaim policies.

Dislikes

Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.

Pure hierarchical Structure No or minimal scope for new ideas or innovation. Lagging in catch hold of technological advancements Very poor salary compared to peer companies No WFH or hybrid culture. No work life balance at all.

Salary and benefits are better than other companies. Accommodation and travel is from the company when posted in sites.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. Minimal work life balance. We were totally busy for almost 12 hours and had a 6 day work week with 1 half day on a Sunday each month. Depends on the site, but most sites are this way
