Well organised management, people are very cooperative (except some). There is no cutting or deduction in salary since this pandemic situation really appreciate that.

Dislikes

As of I'm not working on direct payrole of l&t there are no allowance or any benefit that I get. We are working on IT support so we have to frequently visit office to resolve issues which cannot be resolved remotely.we work overtime taking all risk but still we don't get half of benefits that company employees get. Here I would like to request management to work on because to get best IT support at least company should give some benefits which every is possible this will make them to work hard and work sincerely. This will increase productivity of employees and company at some point.

It's a very good company.Career is better than other company and wonderful salary is his employees, other travels facilitate are available, work skill is development and no politics in office. all are cooperative in site and office Staff.

New joiners are getting good designation & package as well but old employees are not getting promotion on time & increasement also very poor. Staff's actual evaluation is zero.

Work cukture,work life balance,un-practical targets,Expenses from your own pocket for client entertainment,only physical work and no mental work,work titmings 14-16 hrs daily,no holiday or sunday,north south favourism,office politics,rules changes according to post,etc.

Management made good system for work life balance. But your manager will see like u did crime if you ask for a leave... So many hidden things in salary... U have roam arround and beg your accountant to get your house rent.... You won't get placement if u prefer a location even though there is requirement...
