Working with l&t as a gct is utterly waste of time of your precious carrier. It would be good if you start your carrer as get. Gct are treated very badly and your cadre will also be lowest i.e S1 (Supervisor). After S1 comes S2 then O1 i.e. Officer.

L& T doesn't gives you proper chance to grow in company. Only GET are given proper training and lucrative salary.Even you are giving 100% you might end up getting worst rating by your reporting authority.
