Everything, eversince the merger, this company culture has deteriorated. No appraisal, no bonus, no clear communication, the HR threaten employees, you cannot reach out to anyone freely. Anyone who says this company is good is lying, because no one is happy here.

...re is no job security if u are on bench for 2-3 months u will be on loss of pay. They wont fire u but they will not provide u salary also. Managment is also very poor.

A lot of learning opportunities but no time to learn WLB depends on project mine is below average will work 10hrs a day but have to work on weekend so 6 day work week. Great friends as teammates coz everyone hates your managers

...g work also if you say no low rating during appraisal fyi he/she was from IIM HR for the sake of existing - if you complain to HR about WLB and ask for extra pay for OT They say you don't get extra as per policy and you don't have to work for more than 9 hrs And the same person comes bake and says we have business requirement you have to work sometimes which means everyday

...hnology so there won't be much scope for career growth and nothing new to learn. Salary hikes and promotions depends upon your rapo with TL & Manager. -->Whatever you are in a situation company asks you to login and work for client even if it mid night hour's also. -->Onshore benefits only for TL's they won't encourage others.Even if they do so it's like a bait for us. --> No corporate culture at all. -->For the first time ever in my career i faced a salary reduce there.The reason they said was you are in bench for a long time there.They recruited for me one project after that client said there is no need of any other resources.So who is responsible for that?
