Very low appraisal . Appraisal comes on basic . If your boss recommends your promotion it may be cut by ho withought any reason . We'll curve appraisal system . Bad culture.

The best thing about working in L&T is you develop your skills continuously with the help of your supervisor because here performance matters more than degree, if you have knowledge and skills you can achieve the greatest height of success. Larsen and Toubro as a company is good but it is important in which SBU you are working. Work life balance is poor , too much politics, poor carrier growth, appraisal system is prejudice.
