No personal life could be get if you decide to work in here.You won't get any sunday off, no off on days. The leaves are showed only on papers. You have to ask even permission if you leave the establishment even after your specified work time 12hrs (means there is no specific work time than in the paper, you won't even get any time to sleep)

L&T Company is to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i'm a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Colleague & senior was friendly. Salary on time. There was no tension regarding accomodation & travelling as I was project engineer.

As a project engineer Long working hours (12-14hr). Frequent job rotation between night & day shift. A lot of area to be managed by one. Unprofessional work culture
