SSC dept is so good, Salary credited in time. Ovaral company working culture is good .but some of management is not good

Contract basis Manager is working in L&T , Even after retirement age also extending their job , most senior staff also available There working culture is very bad .

Appraisal process is completely biased. If one don't have compatibility with IS/ NS/DH, there is no career opportunities here. Certain department like planning and costing have only opportunity to grow. There is no equal opportunity concept here.
