Larsen and Toubro as a company is good but it is important in which SBU you are working. Work life balance is poor , too much politics, poor carrier growth, appraisal system is prejudice.

Very low appraisal . Appraisal comes on basic . If your boss recommends your promotion it may be cut by ho withought any reason . We'll curve appraisal system . Bad culture.
