Larsen and Toubro as a company is good but it is important in which SBU you are working. Work life balance is poor , too much politics, poor carrier growth, appraisal system is prejudice.

The best thing about working in L&T is you develop your skills continuously with the help of your supervisor because here performance matters more than degree, if you have knowledge and skills you can achieve the greatest height of success. During lockdown they had supported me and given me the salary that I want but after lock down lifted at the time of unlock 2.0 in September they behave very rudely with employees in the process of pink slips
