...ent is not transparent. There is a no cafeteria and gaming arcade for employees. Company policies are very bad, appraisals are non fair and they are not give good salary hike and bonus also not given on time every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. After job resignation full & final settlement not done of employees.

workplace that values and actively seeks my inputs and suggestions, makes me feel respected as an employee and recognizes employees' achievements creates a sense of belonging and fosters employee participation. Good environment to work.

Few times feel differentiate in site and office employees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. All employees are working as family. Also I like employee re-here policy here.

Dislikes

Company is decent but growth is too slow. Work pressure is very high, mostly I have to work 12-15 hrs in a day. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I have to travel more than two site every month which effecting my health as due different climate.

managerial staff is very good.very supportive and friendly.overall facilities are very good.

growth of the company.i think company must takes feet in different sectors and find opportunities in large projects.
