No growth opportunities, variable compensation is designed in such a manner that no 1 can get full 100%, company can grow at very high pace but employees are labour only for the entire group ... if top management is not happy top seniors can be fired over night

Nothing. Good people want to leave and are leaving. Check the attrition rate of last couple of years. Rather after Sampath Arati became CPO in APAC. Highly toxic culture anti North Indian culture. I don’t know how Richard Lee is backing Sampath and Marc Jarrault

The EMT Satyanarayan Prasad Saya, Shiv Venkatramani, of Lapp India is biased. They are South Indians and supports only South Indians. They create toxic atmosphere and has backing of Sampath Arati who is CPO of APAC (main culprit in spreading toxicity) and former MD Marc Jarrault who is currently the CTO. Highly biased. Add to that Chanchal a spineless character busy in buttering the top brass

Company is a German Brand and no doubt having a good culture but at Banglore Location only

Company has a big name but work culture at Bhopal Location is like a dictatorship. Llamt head is a double face Only do favoruitsm, his english is pathetic but he feels like he is the Grand son of Angrezo ke Jamane ka Jailor
