No growth opportunities, variable compensation is designed in such a manner that no 1 can get full 100%, company can grow at very high pace but employees are labour only for the entire group ... if top management is not happy top seniors can be fired over night

Company is a German Brand and no doubt having a good culture but at Banglore Location only

Company has a big name but work culture at Bhopal Location is like a dictatorship. Llamt head is a double face Only do favoruitsm, his english is pathetic but he feels like he is the Grand son of Angrezo ke Jamane ka Jailor

Company has good work culture, seniors are supportive, I have worked so far in 4 companies but this company has best work life balance in my opinion.
