Product is amazing, selling products of Lapp is a mater of pride. Space and time given to employee is good.

Dislikes

No appraisal. HR tries level best to increase variable part in salary and than they find ways to cut your variable HR are the VIP of the company then can make any policy any day Increments are just for name sake and if they want

Dislikes

No growth opportunities, variable compensation is designed in such a manner that no 1 can get full 100%, company can grow at very high pace but employees are labour only for the entire group ... if top management is not happy top seniors can be fired over night

Dislikes

Company has good work culture, seniors are supportive, I have worked so far in 4 companies but this company has best work life balance in my opinion.

Dislikes

There are no dislikes as such but I think company can give a thought about their increment policy.
