... growth in your carrier when you work there. Appraisal is given once in 2 years. Very low salary. Salary will be deducted for every small reason. HR department is good for nothing. They will not respond or pick our call.

...seeing bulk abscond on HR dept & payroll. Funny isn't it. Struggling to improve. Will give good hike from last salary because except 2 or 3 none of them know abt what is medical billing. There is a lot of politics and management itself learning abt medical billing

Company policies are not good, appraisal are not transparent, and they give salary hike only who is favour to the manager's and bonus within the salary structure. Un favour benifits to employees, it's only gateway to enter for freshers don't stand by more than 3 year's, learn initiative don't think to earn, if you want to sustain in this organization act smarter.
