Teammates are good. Training is good. Only one person in that company is well educated and knows to teach stuff. You will learn if you get trained under him.

... growth in your carrier when you work there. Appraisal is given once in 2 years. Very low salary. Salary will be deducted for every small reason. HR department is good for nothing. They will not respond or pick our call.

...seeing bulk abscond on HR dept & payroll. Funny isn't it. Struggling to improve. Will give good hike from last salary because except 2 or 3 none of them know abt what is medical billing. There is a lot of politics and management itself learning abt medical billing
