I personally learnt the corporate culture. It was always a conducive atmosphere there. Management is very professional. I loved working at Lansum. All my best wishes to Lansum to grow big in future.

If salary was on the higher side I would have enjoyed it along with appraisal. But one thing I must say Lansum always gave salary time to time.

The Company is High Quality Products. The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another Plus of Point is that my Colleagues com from Various Cultural Backgrounds and work happily in Collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work Pressure very high Some times Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths Which is they not hear any suggestions from Employees. There is no Job Trainings and no Job Security.Hence Senior Folk Like me have to guide them step by step , which is a pain some times

It's just a bad experience, management is good but ground level administration team is not supportive. You didn't get hike. No it support, they using old version systems, no space in this office, it's not friendly environment. Even washrooms also dirty.
