Work life balance, job security. Founder is retired IAS officer. He is very rigid and work as a bureaucrats. Hiring and termination of employees is day to day task in LLF. This is genuine feedback and never recommend anyone to join. Your life will be hell once you joined Language and Learning Foundation.

First, poor talent management, very few opportunity to perform, disparity in salary on people who are working in the same profile Poor management, employee forced to work late hours even at 2-3 Am at night and their performance judged on the basis of judges on the basis of quantity, but not the quality of work Poor communication, centralised work structure, no respect for new ideas and innovation Feedback mechanism is very absurd, level of politics is very high,

Job security is decided on every year with your performance. Work culture is always updated provided training. Management is also very good. Company policies are flexible.

Looking forward self as well as LLF growth.

Likes

They motivated all the teachers and mould and enlarged the teacher's knowledge. Managements were very supportive.

Dislikes

My dislike at LLF is timing. Because timing is not followed in proper. And there was lack of theme in meeting agenda. Because sometimes more repetition themes.
