I suggest not to join this company. Because all policies will apply only for company profit not for employees profit.

Dislikes

They apply policies only for company profits not for employees. If you reach late your salary will deduct, and if you have working late no one will look into this. Also this is the strategy of directors, that they come office after lunch and sot for meeting for 5-6 hours. Office closing time 6:30, But 50% staff working till 7:30, due to meetings and unwanted works, like approvals, purchase approvals etc
