I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Dislikes

One of the worst company, i ever seen. They will just Hold-up your salary for few months. And then they will ask you to submit original markscards. If you say ok then ok, or else with improper words they will ask you to move out from the company without the salary that you have worked before.

This company is neither goal oriented nor employee friendly. No pf deduction. No benefits n no job security.

Dislikes

...nterested stay with company n ready to sign bond you will get hike else no hike. If you break the bond, you have to pay 2 lakhs. If they fire you they do pay nothing. Work environment is okay. Team is good. Higher management encourage politics and no vision, no goal, arrogant, ridiculous CEO.
