Work culture is bed , politics by staff is understandable but by owner. Money mind MD , low salary. If no one able to complete target company will deduct salary 50% without notification. I have spent 2 years and 5 month in that company. I started that company as a fresher but they taught me the real stage of profession. Their environment is so good and comfortable when I feel safe and grown up myself.
