Land Mark group is good but floor manigment Is not gud, when I was given interview in landmark group so that time HR promise your accomandation and food is free and your job responcebility will be as team lead, but when I joined the company they have not provided reputed post and and just saying do basic work like a labor work, so it's very bad experince in my five work experince.

Salary is not decent, there is a lot of politics and work is not good.

All Tamil and kerala people not reliable to Work , doesn't speak Arabic and Hindi, communication problems and they're not professional to Work in landmark Suresh Kumar and adhikesan both are stupid madrasi in landmark to drive and lead territory ksa. They are theft in this company and eat so many people job as costs cutting format they skip madrasi and remove termination Nepali up and bangla deshi But owner is ignoring all those happened there in KSA

...vironment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

PATHETIC WORK Culture. Bloody Playground of CORPORATE politics THIS company will destroy your career never think of joining this company ,it will destroy your mental health and finance. very badly ,highly toxic work culture, full of toxic managers and people more poisonous than snake. all company policies are just on paper to fool newcomers and outside people. THE MOST WORST PLACE TO WORK ,very soon this company will shut down because of rotten work culture, never recommend this place even to your enemies.

Slow promotion, no proper goal or vision , same work doing in repeat mode from years Frequent changes without clear communication , no any training or knowledge sharing for current technology, all the wrong decision or work done by only ground team and HO team is always right , no appreciation for work which you do beyond your KRA.
