...ly favouritism is in high demand. Deserved people not are in the list of growth. Working hours are more for which the salary is not a decent and growth is very very low. Overall, employment opportunities are less but it’s a place to work with colleague to enjoy.

The salary correction need to be done of some stages, like the salary of some old staff who are joined in minimum salary are still lesser than new join staffs. For the same post there is much differences in salaries. Top management need to interfere in same and correct it. Otherwise we will loose our experienced old staffs.

Slow promotion, no proper goal or vision , same work doing in repeat mode from years Frequent changes without clear communication , no any training or knowledge sharing for current technology, all the wrong decision or work done by only ground team and HO team is always right , no appreciation for work which you do beyond your KRA.
