Only one thing's I don't like and that is politics.....unwanted issue making by company senior person and taking Personal every thing's they don't want to listen any thing's ..only making own decision .

Marketing budgets are high, so we have the flexibility to spread the arms.

Dislikes

Compensation is very limited and slow. Management doesn't value work and appreciation is hard to receive. The work culture is completely based on seniority and educated staff are actually demotivated to the extent that many of them leave. All the concept managers and GM are uneducated and educated people make them nervous. There is absolutely no growth and most of the senior staff do not move to other organizations as most of them are unqualified. On-job training is limited and innovation is stifled. Recognition is not given at all and HR is just a rubber stamp. Retail floor staff are made to work like animals often stretching to 15-17 hours on weekend and during sale/discount. Many of them are completely exhausted.

Salary is decent and good at managerial levels but not so much for lower level staff. New skill Learning is usually not looked upon kindly as it hurts other peoples ego. Work life balance depends on your boss. Politics are a major part of how you survive in Company. Work Environment is usually polluted with regional and racial politics.

...n you are typically used to and up to some extent new ways of business Handling. Salary/ Appraisals system is in place but depends greatly on business performance rather than individual and people at higher position are the ones usually getting Benefit of the system rather than everyone.

Dislikes

Slow promotion, no proper goal or vision , same work doing in repeat mode from years Frequent changes without clear communication , no any training or knowledge sharing for current technology, all the wrong decision or work done by only ground team and HO team is always right , no appreciation for work which you do beyond your KRA.
