The only thing i liked about working hard in Landmark Group is that my salary used to get credited on time.

No Work life balance, No clear Career Path, Bad Work Culture, Business orientated rather than being People Oriented, No empathetic work environment.

...omplete we get growth , its healthy environment to work hear & we enjoy to work. salary on every month of last day we receiving without fail. in further good growth to get respective position .

In festive seasons l we cant celebrate that time feel where we work, even family ask why you are not on leave , such time we can not given any answer, they want to come with & celebrate festival with us, is ask about timing some time work 12hr & above, a csr growth not founding they work such a long time still they work.

I had worked 10 years in Qatar Max Fashion but they takeout me only reason is salary. I worked hard but they didnt calculate my hard work.

Slow promotion, no proper goal or vision , same work doing in repeat mode from years Frequent changes without clear communication , no any training or knowledge sharing for current technology, all the wrong decision or work done by only ground team and HO team is always right , no appreciation for work which you do beyond your KRA.
