As a sales executive; High pressure,no work life balance,extremely terrible health or safety measures while working. Career growth is low and pnly favorite gets notified by management.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There's a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Company should focus on their egyptian managers, they're just useless.
