Good company for employees standard

All development heads like sales ,crm, pre-sales , project heads and security all are friends doing corruption a lot, chairman is good all are betraying chairman, all heads are seeming like fighting in front of chairman,buy seeing it chairman thinks all are going in right direction,sales VP is total waste ,it will not look like working to Lancor , seems like working to all development heads benifits and for his family

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
