... systems are implemented in the organization still work methodology is smooth. Despite power sector issues, no salary delays till date and optimum employee facilities are being maintained. Only one appraisal cycle (9 months) skipped till date in last 9 years. One of the best performing Chinese plants in India. Performance parameters are amongt industry best. Everything is good for an employee.

If you don't work, don't worry, your average growth rate will continue - Follows the same age old practice of core field. The sector needs to learn from IT sector. Bulky middle management. Annual appraisal was not much appreciable for me and my batch mates. Salary was lowest in industry. No promotion even after 4 yrs of conformation. But now things have improved a lot with payscale revision, pli etc
