Very good place to work.lots of technical learning as well as other training. Employee friendly policies and healthy environment for everyone. Hr admin also do their work sincerely

Annual appraisal was not much appreciable for me and my batch mates. Salary was lowest in industry. No promotion even after 4 yrs of conformation. But now things have improved a lot with payscale revision, pli etc

...an butter up their seniors and do their personal work, offer liquor them weekly. That kind of people get higher salary in the name of salary revision and high increment percentage.

... systems are implemented in the organization still work methodology is smooth. Despite power sector issues, no salary delays till date and optimum employee facilities are being maintained. Only one appraisal cycle (9 months) skipped till date in last 9 years. One of the best performing Chinese plants in India. Performance parameters are amongt industry best. Everything is good for an employee.

Provides you opportunity to learn and perform but career growth is year count based. If you don't work, don't worry, your average growth rate will continue - Follows the same age old practice of core field. The sector needs to learn from IT sector. Bulky middle management. Referral lateral entries of GETs - hiring of GET from talent pool has nullified over the years.
