Low compensation. Discriminated work environment. Long working hours with lack of structure. No payslip will be provided. Good thing is you don't need to carry lunch boxes from home as you will get free food.

No security in the job they can kick you at any time and if you want to resign they will trouble you to the extent and make you pay your 3 months' salary to the organization. The worst school I have ever worked with.

Everything but the concrete building.

Likes

The school seems to run on an individual's whimsical prejudices. The primary program is helmed by an extremely temperamental and biased personality who may have knowledge of the programme but dont have a trace of humanity! The School is not at all employee friendly and doesn't stand by them in their miseries. Rather throw them out into joblessness!

Dislikes

Head high people running an educational institution on individual whims. Management doesn't stand by the employees at the time of need! No bonding is established amongst employees in the hierarchy.

Likes

There is no job security. The organization didn't even think about it's employees during the time of pandemic. They make you sign a 2 years contract which quotes that "if the employee leaves the organization without serving a notice period of atleast 3 months, then they will have to pay a compensation for it but when it comes to the company then they just forget about the contract. During the time of pandemic they without considering there employees' situation layed off many departments moreover they also made them do the examination duty that too for free. Though there are some other perks too like epf and medical also they do give a 5% hike every 6 months. But as organization they should be a little more generous towards their employees, specially in the time of crisis.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics within the management itself. The management has got more authority than the Principal of the school, which is sad to be honest. The organization only thinks about it's profit. Which as an educational organization especially one should think about their employees and their employees.

LIS is one of the best place to work, to upgrade own learning .The best part is that it help in my research studies where I can exchange my experience with other Maths teachers from different parts of the world.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike ,perhaps every education institute has there own way of working.
