The team is very friendly and supporting.Every one used to help in case of any queries.Aviation domain is really interesting as its all about flight operations.

... growth is poor and sick leave also counted in the casual leave.No cab facility.No extra bonus from company

Worst company. No management. No humanity. No raise in salary. Just work like donkey.

Well I wrote all this in likes. They force you to work late night. Benefit is you will get health issue and leave your entire life with that.

Everything is at it's worst under such Management. No pay, No increment, No Management, No accountability, No Motivation, No responsibility towards employees, Leader full of ego, arrogance and dictatorship, No credibility, No guarantee, No assurance, No future, No job security, No fund, No facility for employees, No compensation for employees suffering due to late pay, No survival skill in the market, No planning. Spending huge amount of money on irrelevant things and employees which or who can't give proper advise/direction to the management. Nothing is good

Good Product based Company.. Good for Freshers and Mid-level Position

struggle to Provide Salary to employee. Not much Profitable Organization.. Still depended on Investors. Lot of Retired People from Airforce..
