Lamco is very bad company in my life. In this covid - 19 situation , I lost my job from Lamco, I contacted to Lamco many times for rejoin company, but they are not reply my message, even they said company are close and no production from last may, but company(Lamco ) are opened from may and production also going on and also some jobs are dispatched from may, but they lying me, even during lockdown , they are not paying any single amount to me. I am suffering from financial problems, but they are not helping me . Please help me to provide my compensation.

...y extra or overtime money, even they are not paying any bonus like diwali bonus. Even company policy is too bad , even they are not cut pf amount from our salary.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
