This organization is running an organized scam. And they will delete this review very soon. Let me elaborate: 1. The HR is the absolute worst. They fire employees casually on Saturdays in Zoom calls while parked on random roadsides. In my tenure of 3 months, I saw 5 people sacked like this. No notice, just random call of firing. 2. They track your Linkedin and see who you are messaging and harrass you for that. 3. They initially hire you with a promise of permanent WFH and their cofounder manipulates you and lies about the culture. As soon as you have joined there for a week, they force you to move to their head office, Noida. Beware, they never mention the WFH policy anywhere in written so you will nothing for rebuttal.

...r career. They not only lay off but they use laying off as an organized pattern. They hire interns at peanuts pay and make them work for 15-16 hours with the promise of a PPO(which they never give). Weekends are also working. Usually, trainings are done on these days. The HR of the org should he banned and criminal action should be taken against them for blemishing careers of hundreds of fresh graduates every year. The head of Sales is a taskmaster who expects tou to work round the clock and they have created an extreme toxic culture where you either adhere to their madness or will be fired. I can go on forever but I think this is enough background for someone who is looking for a job here.

LambdaTest is great company in terms of following non-industry standard HR policies. They can lay you off anytime once they feel you are not working according to some fav people. Please NEVER join LambdaTest. Their CEO threatens employees over slack. what more can one expect?
