Lam research is not a software company, so all the technologies and applications used for SW development are outdated. No scope for learning. Career growth is there but very slow pace. This company is best to settle and retire.

It's only good for new College graduates, New campus, new lab setup, good place for new GET to get train up doing some trail and error and switch immediately to other companies

...e all the time, No matter how much you are good at work you will be loaded with more work rather than giving hike tou, Salary compensation is the worst here new College graduates get more salary than you to whom you need to guide and train about the, especially from IITs Name sake core values, Worst work environment and culture, You should know marketing yourself here to survive and promotion New management made whole work culture like hell Pea nuts hike, No job security, secret lay-offs, Hire and fire police, Moto to survive here is "talk more,market,showcase, get work done by others and present"

Horrible senior managers No team outings/Parties Management No documentation No proper training No appraisals Work priorities are not taken seriously No importance given to your personal life Some higher position people are here from 20 years and still don't know how employees should be treated ( they think they own the company and want to run it with their desired set of people)

Career growth will be slow. Lot of politics in promotions. Salary is below average compared to market standards. Lateral entries are getting good salary compared to loyal employees who works in this company from long time.
