I have wored 3×660MW L.P.G.C.L thermal power plant lalitpur through the contractor company P.C.P.I.L.The work of a site engg. is very intresting.The L.P.G.C.L plant was under construction on that time.

The culture in terms of job security is pretty good if you are catering your responsibility well. There was a letter from chairman of company dedicated to family of employees regarding ensuring job safety during lockdown. Sanitizers in bulk are provided to every department for safety of employees.

Dislikes

The salary crediting on time is a rare phenomenon. Sometimes delay is 1- 3 months. So people with EMIs generally suffer from penalties from banks. One should not hope for promotion and appraisal if you are not in upper or top management. Township is not sufficient for employees allotment process takes place with turtle speed, people are staying in field hostel with wife and children.

work-life balance is certainly one of the best aspects of working in this company, other than that there are also few very good seniors to guide you.

compensation is lacking with respect to workload.HR policies are below par.

I like working here as employees are friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

...n't think about people working in middle or lower level, no facilities provided. Sometimes salary arrives very late and no increment from the last two years.
