The main thing is they are treating employees as there slave. Once the employee resigns they are compulsorily taking one month notice period, but they are not issuing any work experience certificate to the employees. For every thing they are saying that they need to ask for Corporate HR team. But the Corporate HR team was very bad. they don't have any concern about the staff. After taking 12 hours duty everyday from the staff they are not providing any benefits to the staffs apart from PF and ESI. They are always eager to deduct the salary from the employees, if the the employee take leaves on Saturday and Sunday ( in case emergency also) they are deducting 2 days for single day. mercy less peoples. adding late fine if employee report 1 minutes late(after taking 12 hours duty from the staff). There is no yearly bonus, no leaves, no gratuity etc. The HR Manager form the corporate office was irresponsibly. he is not even thinks about the employees.

everything, timing, culture, food, hygiene, gossiping, managers behavior. I'm completed , I got job from lalithaa my salary was just 11000 only and if suppose i'm going late they cut money from salary , my bad that time i joined there work there

Presently they are giving 3 leaves nd govt holiday leave also.

...r the promotion, no bonus, for any festivals, no proper SOP's for govt holidays. Salary is been provided only at 7 th of every month.

... sir I'm good working environment and culture.im supportive and the management..I'm working good team work,,this company policies are good appreciate are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year...

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow ..there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign..on the job training is not given to joiners..

They give promotion but no hike salary last 2.6years and again they promotion list my name added but how Many promotions company give but no use because of salary problem

...pany but the corporate management and my branch management not encrese tha all about staff,and must floor manager salary not hike in my branch
