1. The management , HR , Office staff 2. Students of officers working in the company. 3. Staff specially senior mgmt wifes and their near and dear ones,i.e informors. 4. Accomodation, health facilities. 5. Class rooms are full of cement, only 1 peon that too under principal only. 6. No / Penny increment after joining. 7. PRINCIPAL Pass failed students of class 11 science/commerce who spoils Board result and Teachers are blemed for it. 8. No Job security, give silly reason. 9. Lot of work load and formalities,other than teaching. 10 . No extra income . Bargens in Salary

The school provides creative and innovative approach to experiment with the teaching and learning process.

Dislikes

Too much department politics. The higher authority listens and believes only a few mouth which leads to distorted information being passed and giving way to more politics rather than focus on teaching-learning.

Everything... There is groupism in the school and active politics, you are safe if you fall under a particular section of religion. Overall it is not worth even thinking about working in such environment

The school provides opportunities to the educators to execute their innovative ideas and readily adopt the pedagogical ways of teaching learning process quided by CBSE. I really very fortunate that I am the part of this prestigious institution.

Dislikes

Politics by some colleagues which may be a hurdle in the growth of Institute but most of the colleagues are very co operative and helpful.

Very professional environment. ATL is relatively new to the education system. Lakshmipat Singhania Academy provides good support to the rapidly changing dimensions on the educational horizon.

The working environment is very conducive to innovation and creativity.
