The quality of clients and work in taxation, and finding a great group of peers.

Dislikes

The pay is not good, and there is a need for better managers in the firm. There's no feedback mechanism. The work life balance is only slightly better than Tier 1 firms (don't fall for the propaganda), and the pay doesn't compare at all. If you stay too long, you'll get stuck in the very niche area of work of indirect taxation.

Pathetic organisation with no compensation guarantee. You are not given any information about your own increments and appraisals.

Work was quite challenging, which includes lots of learning. Apart from this the only good part was the salary which they offered.

Work culture, extended office hours, no flexibility to work remotely, no support to employee for personal/family reasons, no appreciations, and a lot

Almost everything I dislike in this firm like work, timings and senior behaviour especially Harish Upadhyay he is a dictator in this firm and owner malathi Lakshmi kumaran is completely illeterate.

...ppraisals are fair having insurance and other policies have provided by company. Good salary , bonus and tour facilities are there. Festival🎉 celebration like diwali christmas party organized also. Atlast but not least satisfied ddddddddd☺☺
