Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Nothing.its a normal sales company who just want to burn out their employees working life balance and peace of mind .

Dislikes

Everything..any time you can fire there is no rule regulation..they do not provide salary slip do not give salary in bank account,do not provide any offer letter at the time of joining and work pressure is so high that you can barely think about yourself and your family.
