Suervesors & managers parcialitys,employees problems no facing , Demotiveted for all emplees for own purpose of self cridites values, no one motivated for next stage ,salary brobelm no consider for supevesor and managers including hr team also.7years experienc but i have technician grade that was dislike .salary almost 20000rs only yhat is dislike.

Ya best company to work but the one below management is very very poor. Can learn lot of things and can take the product owner ship but work life balance is very worst in the present management. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
