Not great but if employee will stay till 3 year's in same organisation after 3 year's he will be able to claim 2 children's fee will be paid by management depending upon their grade.

Increments after every 2 years not on performance base if they like him they will give other wise employee live organisation him self with dissatisfaction incentives also they will give after 2,3 months inbetween some times they will escalate also.

Lakshmi hyundai company is very good, customer service aslo good , compare to other companies.

There is a lot of politics, and if we are doing work also they are saying we are not doing work some other people won't work at all and they are not saying any thing to them partiality is going in work by taking personal reasons , some of the employee controlling the department including manager also ,they are providing more salary who doesn't work properly just coming to do timepass
