Mandatory targets only fixed for the employees but company couldn't helps the employees to get more pay. Company receive a orginal documents from the employees, incase they want to quit thier jobs, company couldn't ready to return the documents to the employees.

I didn't get option to give 0 rating, no proper management, no fixed salary, no safety for girls. Please don't prefer this company ,,if u ask any questions management will terminate you if u ready to work as slave you can join....

There is no standard SOP. Management policy with laksh. Need to improve with standards., unnecessary leadership will destroy the employee workforce and unity.not good
