The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology to increase level of safety on the road by 70% to 80%, and reduce the rate of road accident by 70% to 80%. I love the fact that I am part of the team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global computerized vehicle inspection service. My company has cover more than 15states in Nigeria. I worked in one the based in Lagos and they have more than 16centres in Lagos State. Another plus point is that different cultural, religions backgrounds work with my company and we work happily in cooperation with company general Handbook.

Dislikes

The salary structure is not that friendly. The work pressure is very high, I worked 9hours straight in a day as I have to attend to clients vehicles and spent 3hours for my to and flo to work. They can post you to anywhere in Lagos State. The top management do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. The level of appraisals from the top management is unsatisfactory by me. Also there is no continuous job training for fresher and senior folks to guide us into step by step standard procedure towards the operation.
