They usually promise to pay good (depending on the project). Initially they paid good amount for the work done and payments were also timely. Most of the projects are work from home.

Dislikes

During the last few months of working there, they stopped responding when asked for payments. Even the director stopped responding. They said they will keep some amount as pending and will pay when the project ends. But it was never paid. The project manager left the company apparently. Tip: if you are working as freelancer, make sure to get paid on time and do not keep anything as pending.

We had number of projects to work on.

Dislikes

Initially it was a good workplace environmental but lately it has turned quite toxic with rude employees and extremely long working hours. They treat freelancers and interns badly and create issues regarding fair payment. I would recommend do not join this company now bcs it is not what it used to be.

Its a freelancing work. There is no job security. And the management is so poor for taking any action and decision.

Dislikes

Team lead is so good for every QC'S. She always helps us for each and every situation.
