...ing to like about Labtron is that, they give you unlimited half days and leaves. Because they will anyways deduct salary for each half day and full day leave. NO LEAVE for WFH employees

Dislikes

1. Extremely low salary. That too salary will be deducted if you take any leave. 2. Laptop will not be provided from company. You will use your personal laptop, you have to give access to your laptop. 3. Too much work load as compared to salary. 3. Time tracker will be installed in your laptop..so that during work hours you can't even do anything but work. If the laptop is inactive for 2 mins they send notification that you are not working.
